Laguna Haus Design
Privacy Policy
Last updated October 27, 2026
Laguna Haus Design ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, contact us or work with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form, book a consultation, email, call or text us, we collect what you choose to share, such as:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your project type, project location, budget range and timeline
- Messages, notes and any photos, floor plans or measurements you send us
Information from working together. If you become a client, we also keep project details such as your home address for site visits and deliveries, product selections, invoices and payment records. Card and bank payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card or bank account numbers.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site and its hosting provider may record basic technical information, such as your browser type, device, the pages you visit and the referring website. We use this only to keep the site running and understand how it is used.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule consultations
- To prepare proposals, design your project, order products and coordinate deliveries and installation
- To send invoices and process payments
- To share occasional studio updates, only if you have agreed to receive them
- To improve our website and services, and to meet legal and tax obligations
Calls and text messages
If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your inquiry or project. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of hiring us. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to stop texts. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text consent with third parties for their marketing.
Photos of your home
We only share photos of a client's home on our website or social media with that client's permission, and we never publish a client's address.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only when needed to run our business and complete your project, with:
- Service providers who help us operate, such as website hosting, scheduling, email and payment processing
- Vendors, showrooms, contractors and delivery companies working on your project, limited to what they need (for example, a delivery address)
- Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights
- A successor business, if our studio is ever sold or merged
Social media
We share our work on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. When you interact with us on those platforms, their own privacy policies apply to the information they collect.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry information for as long as it is useful for following up, and client project and payment records for as long as needed for warranty, tax and legal purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.
Keeping your information safe
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of storing or sending data online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
- Ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you
- Unsubscribe from any studio emails using the link in the email, or by contacting us
- Reply STOP to opt out of text messages
To make a request, email [email protected]. We may keep certain records when the law requires it.
Children
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
